A changing creative reality
AI is making creative output faster, easier and almost limitless.
That shifts the creative challenge from production to judgment. The question is no longer simply can we make something? but what matters, which direction is worth pursuing, what should be discarded – and what deserves to move forward?
For me, that makes creative judgment more valuable, not less. AI can widen the field. Someone still has to choose the direction.

BØRSEN · 24 MAY 2026
Leadership, mandate and creative judgment in AI-enabled work.
As AI removes the scarcity from production, the real bottleneck shifts to prioritisation, judgment and the ability to say no. The article argues that better AI-enabled work depends less on generating more and more on clear mandates, deliberate choices and human accountability.
KFORUM · 9 MAR 2026
Multi-model workflows, handoffs and human judgment.
A practical approach to using different AI roles for research, structure and writing rather than asking one model to do everything. The article explores how clearer roles, deliberate handoffs and explicit choices can keep human judgment in control of the work.
DANSK INDUSTRI · 6 JUN 2026
Human-led multi-model workflows and clearer creative decisions.
A case on using specialised AI models for different parts of a creative workflow, while keeping direction, selection and final responsibility with people. The work demonstrates AI as an orchestrated process rather than a single all-purpose assistant.
